Jo Ball was promoted from Managing Director to CEO of Ricochet in July 2014. Previously she was a commissioning editor for BBC Features and Formats and C4 Features where she was responsible for a huge range of programming from Antiques Roadshow to Embarrassing Bodies, Grand Designs to the Hairy Bikers. Jo cut her TV producing teeth at Granada on This Morning with Richard and Judy before training as a multi-camera director. She then worked at the BBC both in Manchester and London as a director and series producer on series like The Travel Show, Question of Sport, Back to the Floor and Trouble at the Top. At Ricochet Jo created hit formats including How Not To Decorate and It’s Me or the Dog as well as working on documentary series like Born to Be Different and Wanted: New Mum and Dad.
